As many of you know, this is what our backyard looked like all winter long.... Our house is built on Clay, which is good for your foundation, but bad for drainage...
after months and months of fighting with our home builder, we got them to come in, put a drain in the corner of our yard, fill it with 12" of dirt, and re sprinkler and landscape the backyard. You can look at the rock wall in the two top pictures to see how much they actually raised our backyard. It was awesome for us because they did the landscaping better than it was in the first place!
